I joined the 'netball knees' club after rupturing my ACL during a fast rebound netball game. The post surgery rehab was gruelling and I was aware of my repaired knee for a few years. 20 years later, when I did the other knee, recovery was a completely different experience. Immediately, I started listening to this healing audio, every morning on waking and as I was going to sleep. I was amazed that I didn't have any real pain.

Rehab was a pleasure as I witnessed my rapid progress. Discomfort replaced pain.
