If you’ve been stuck in the same thoughts, fears or habits for years, RTT helps you uncover why they began and change them at the root. This is deep, focused work for people who are tired of coping and ready for real change.
Sessions online or in-person in Sydney.
Most people come to RTT saying:
• “I know what I should do — I just can't seem to do it.”
• “I keep reacting the same way, even though I don’t want to.”
• “I’ve talked about this for years, but nothing changes.”
• “I don't know why I do that, say that, think that ..."
And despite all the effort …
• Social anxiety still spikes and you avoid events
• You still overreact in certain relationships
• The vaping continues
• You still feel numb, overwhelmed or on edge
• Your body holds tension you can’t logically explain
This isn’t a lack of willpower. It’s your subconscious mind doing what it was designed to do - protect you. Many emotional and behavioural patterns were formed earlier in life, before you had the words or understanding to process what was happening. They continue running in the background long after they’re no longer helpful. RTT works directly with that part of the mind.
'My experience was the best thing I have done to help my anxiety, and now my life has changed and become a whole lot better. I am able to do a lot of things I stopped myself from doing before. Megan was amazing! RTT has changed my life!'. Ruby 12, NSW
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a solutions-focused form of hypnotherapy.
In a deeply relaxed, focused state, we work with the subconscious — the part of you that drives habits, beliefs and emotional responses.
During an RTT session, we:
• Identify when the unhelpful pattern began
• Understand it with adult perspective and compassion
• Replace outdated beliefs so they support and align with the life you want now
One client came to me struggling with intense, underlying anger that was damaging their relationships. They often overreacted in everyday situations and took their frustration out on family members.
In our RTT session, we traced this back to when they were seven, living in a volatile family environment. As a child, they felt unseen and unimportant, and anger was a way of gaining power in a situation where they felt completely helpless.
Over time, the mind learned to use anger automatically whenever the client felt unvalued or powerless — even in situations where it was no longer necessary.
Once the client understood this, everything shifted. They were no longer that powerless child, they had choice, agency and perspective. Their reactions softened, and their relationships improved as anger stopped being their default response.
It is always so fascinating for my clients to discover what their subconscious mind brings up and the understanding it gives us to move forward - it is rarely what they expect!

Let it go. Let it out.
Let it unravel.
Let it free and it can be
A path on which to travel.
• 'I’ll just be more confident'
• 'This is my last cigarette'
• 'I won't let it get to me'
Most of us try to change from the surface level but when change relies on willpower alone, it often fades. That’s because the subconscious 'programs' formed earlier in life and repeated over and over again, remain unchanged.
Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed, focused state - similar to being absorbed in a book or movie. The most empowering thing about RTT is that the client is in charge. You are always aware and in control; you are in the driver’s seat.
Your needs are at the centre of this collaborative work. As your therapist I will facilitate a gentle journey into the outdated programming hidden in your subconscious. Together we'll find the cause behind today's challenges and self sabotage.
We'll honour the child that you were, struggling to make sense of a confusing world and then release the tension. Your nervous system will rebalance, your sense of safety will return and you will look forward with joy and hope.
'In a super safe and supportive environment Megan was able to delve deep to truly understand the root of the anxiety, breaking down walls I never knew existed.' Mary, NSW

RTT is a good fit if -
• You’ve tried countless therapy sessions and feel like you’re going in circles
• You’re ready to understand — not fight — your mind
• You don’t want to commit to weekly sessions and want to get the work done now
• The wait for a psychologist is a long one
• You want to be seen as a whole person, not a diagnosis
• You’ve had hypnotherapy before, but not RTT!
• You can't remember your childhood
You don’t need to be “good" at hypnosis and you don’t need to relive painful memories to heal.
Sick of the talk therapy treadmill where you go over and over your life story but nothing much changes?
It's not your fault!
This repetition actually works with your mind's natural mechanism for learning, making it even harder to
think differently.
Have you ever stood in a busy shopping centre, on the sideline of a sports field, or at the school gate and wondered why you feel flat, confused or anxious or even just nothing, you feel nothing - while everyone else seems to be going just fine?
No-one arrives in their adult life without a complex combination of experiences that have a residual effect on our sense of self. Our teenage years, fraught with internal and external conflict, are often simply endured. Role models and mentors may have been scarce. It’s no surprise that, at times, we feel disconnected from the life we want to be living.
Challenges, setbacks and obstacles have a role in our lives. What makes us cringe is often a invaluable springboard for growth.
Maybe you've tried therapy before and still feel stuck. The discord remains - uncomfortable, sometimes debilitating and life can feel hard, stale or scary. But if you're seeking healing, it means you are already awake to your potential. For all your resilience, you deserve to finally find balance, flow and emotional freedom and to expand into the version of yourself that feels valued and worthy, connected and capable.
This work honours the child you were while strengthening your current relationships with family, friends, and the wider world. What you discover about yourself is invaluable. Your self-esteem and confidence grow, and life’s challenges begin to feel far less overwhelming.
RTT is a gift that keeps on giving. Clients continue to see the impact of this work years after their session.
If this resonates, you don’t need to rush — but you also don’t need to keep circling the decision.
Clarity reduces anxiety. A conversation is a simple place to start.
No cost. No pressure. Just curiosity and clarity.

Therapeutic hypnosis very effectively bypasses the critical factor, the gatekeeper of our conscious, logical mind that says "you can't do that because you're too < small, old, fast, slow, sick, smart ... >" Tapping straight into the motherboard of our mind - our subconscious - a rapid and effective path to healing.
If you choose to relax and lean into the process with curiosity and without fear, it is easy. Hypnosis is a natural state that we all go in and out of throughout the day like when you get lost in a movie.
If you can focus, imagine, or become absorbed in thought, you can experience hypnosis. It’s not about being suggestible — it’s about being open and engaged.
You can expect to feel relaxed and present, in the moment.
Young children are highly suggestible and I can work with you and your child to move them into an improved way of being in the world.
From 10 years old children have shifted into a new developmental area where hypnotherapy is highly effective.
You're never too old to feel empowered and live with a sense of emotional freedom so if you're struggling and breathing, its not too late!
Let's discuss it! The root cause can be the same but manifest in a range of different ways. Emotional disconnection can cause depression in one person, addiction in another; as well as low self-esteem or imposter syndrome or auto-immune issues. The areas listed above are examples of the range of issues that RTT can help you with but the list is endless so please ask!
By accessing the subconscious mind, we are going straight to the source and reprogramming. Your mind is incredibly adaptable, and has a clear mandate to move you away from pain and towards pleasure. Because this work aligns with how the mind is naturally designed to operate, change can happen rapidly.
You are ALWAYS in control. Hypnotherapy is not the same as stage hypnosis for entertainment, which people participate in for excitement and fun. During a session with Mazing Minds you will only say and share what you choose to and you will only accept suggestions if you feel it is in your interests.
It makes perfect sense not wanting to revisit trauma. You will review NOT relive only those memories that influence you now. This is all in a very safe and supportive space so you can gain understanding, give expression to emotions and experience healing. You might be surprised by the root cause of an issue. Trauma is not the event but the meaning we attach to the event.
At the end of the session you will feel light, relaxed, reflective and often amazed. Your experience will have been unique and fascinating. You may even wonder why you waited so long.
You leave our session with a personalised recording, which you listen to every day for the next 30 days. This practice serves to create new habits of thinking and rewire your mind to anchor in new insights and beliefs. We have weekly text/email check ins and a wrap up session at the end.
Post session processing continues and change comes in 3 ways, often in combination:
⏰ Immediate change - noticeable shifts in mindset
📈 Incremental - shifts in different situations
👀 Retroactive - clear emotional shifts noticed in hindsight.
Yes. Sessions are available both in person in the Sydney's northern suburbs and online. Online hypnotherapy is just as effective for many people and offers flexibility and privacy.
There’s rarely a quick fix, especially when it comes to teenagers. What’s brought your teen to where they are now isn’t working, but real, lasting change often involves more than just them. Though RTT alone is impactful for teens, the most effective approach is working with both teens through RTT and parents through coaching and / or RTT.
When parents are involved, the impact on a young person’s progress can be significant. In fact, many parents benefit from RTT themselves, as they’re often carrying their own wounding.
When parents actively take part in the process, it sets a powerful example. It shows your teen that this isn’t about just 'fixing' them, it’s about everyone taking responsibility, growing, and creating a healthier dynamic together.
Fertility is complex, but one thing we do know is that lowering stress and easing tension for both parents-to-be really matters.
A common example of the mind–body link is when a woman is trying to fall pregnant, doing everything right, spending a fortune, and still getting nowhere.
RTT helps uncover the hidden beliefs and internal dialogue that can get in the way of conception. It’s more common than you’d think with years of thinking “I can’t be pregnant” or “I hope I’m not” rewiring the mind to see pregnancy as unsafe.
That’s not a passing thought but repeated and reinforced over time, sometimes every month. The mind learns: pregnancy equals risk, loss of control and something to avoid.
So even when she’s ready and wants a baby, her subconscious can still be running the old story: not safe.
Once that narrative shifts, when the body feels safe again and what she wants aligns with what she believes is possible, things can finally change.
