Any Courses or products accessed by you that involve hypnotherapy, including self-directed hypnosis recordings, are not intended to substitute or replace one-to-one therapy, medical care or medications from your health care practitioner.

Hypnosis should not be used by anyone with epilepsy or psychosis.  

Guarantee

When purchasing Courses or Products from Mazing Minds you understand that it is your responsibility to take action and utilise tools and strategies to gain benefit from them. Your results and success cannot be guaranteed as there are factors beyond the control of Mazing Minds. Hypnotherapy should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services, of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor.  

Payment and Delivery

The purchase price of your chosen Course or Product will be displayed in Australian dollars. Payments are made through Paypal and you may be required to accept their respective terms and conditions also. Access to MM Courses and Products is through email after acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and at the completion of payment. This access will be available for 12 months from date of purchase.  

Refund

If your purchase includes digital content or other content available for immediate access or download, you understand that you will lose your right to cancel this purchase once you’ve accessed the link.  

Privacy

Mazing Minds places high importance on your privacy. By providing personal information through our Site you are agreeing to be bound by our privacy policy.
